This equipment is available for concentrating liquid materials of traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine, food, monosodium glutamate, dairy products, glucose, starch, fruit juice, biopharmaceuticals and chemicals.

Equipment Features

This cylindrical fully‑sealed unit comes with a thermal‑insulation jacket and uses hydraulic‑jet structure to create vacuum condition. It contains an evaporation chamber, heating coils and a separator. Feed‑liquid flows into the evaporation chamber from the upper part. The heating coils adopt 3‑5 rows of flat round stainless‑steel tubes where steam heats the materials. Updated units install one group of auxiliary coils on the bottom head to work with feed‑liquid below 30 kg. The structure helps lower material‑leakage risks and supports easy‑cleaning work with neat‑looking outlook. The outer insulation cover uses matte thin stainless‑steel sheet and conforms to GMP standards as well as pharmaceutical‑food hygiene requirements.
