Scope of application
It is suitable for low-temperature vacuum concentration of heat-sensitive materials, especially for the concentration of aqueous solutions of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, starch sugar, etc.
Working principle
High-pressure steam is injected through nozzles to generate low pressure, drawing back a portion of the secondary steam from the first effect. This mixture is then combined with the low-pressure steam in the autoclave at a constant speed. The steam discharged from the autoclave is heated and pressurized, and this mixture is referred to as the mixed steam. This steam serves as the heating steam for the first effect, while the remaining secondary steam from the first effect serves as the heat source for the second effect. Because a portion of the secondary steam from the first effect is mixed into the heat source, the heat source steam consists of a combination of positive steam and secondary steam. This reduces the amount of positive steam required to achieve the same evaporation capacity, thus achieving energy savings. Developed by our company and domestically pioneered, the autoclave-type externally heated double-effect concentrator saves 31% more energy than ordinary double-effect concentrator systems. Due to its special structure, the noise level of this autoclave is reduced from 80-85 dB for foreign products and 80-90 dB for domestic products to no more than 70 dB(A), placing it at an internationally leading level.

Equipment Composition
A single-effect heater, a single-effect evaporator, a heat pump, a double-effect heater, a double-effect evaporator, a condenser, a receiving tank, and a set of pipe fittings and valves within the system.
Temperature index
Live steam pressure: 0.5~0.7MPa; First-effect heating temperature: 90℃; First-effect evaporation temperature: 75℃; Second-effect heating temperature: 75℃; Second-effect heating temperature: 75℃; Second-effect evaporation temperature: 55℃;
Steam consumption
The gas-to-water ratio is 0.33-0.37 kg gas/kg water, which saves about 34% energy and 30% water compared to a double-effect concentrator without a heat pump.
